Since childhood, my fascination with the intricacies of the brain and human behaviour has been a driving force in my life.
However, when the time came to choose a path at university, I took a detour into the world of Marketing.
While it provided me with valuable knowledge and insights, I felt a lingering existential doubt about my life’s direction.
A pivotal moment came during my time in London, where I rediscovered my true passion—psychology and sociology intertwined with the powerful concept of coaching.
I embraced this calling, earned my coaching credentials, and embarked on a journey of transformation with my clients.
Witnessing the profound changes in them also had a profound impact on my own growth.
Life, however, is a blend of dreams and challenges. I experienced the highs of marriage, moved to Japan, faced the lows of divorce, returned to Europe, and when the challenges peaked around 2021 with the onset of the pandemic, I found myself struggling with my mental health.
It was then that I made a conscious decision to step back, prioritise self-care, and navigate through the complexities of my own life.
Despite the difficulties, I’m grateful for the challenges that pushed me to persevere, discover new reservoirs of strength, and emerge even stronger.
Now, with a wealth of personal and professional experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise in coaching, entrepreneurship, and cultural understanding.
I’ve not only weathered the storms but have risen above them, and I am excited to share my knowledge and passion once again.
